I received this book from the publisher for a review. I had this book in mind for one of my daughters. When I received the book I noticed the ages said 8-12. My daughter I had in mind is 14. As I was reading through this book I felt like even I could learn something from this book. I know that my 14 year old would love it as much as my 10 year old. My 10 year old is not as disciplined to read something consistently every day. She would probably misplace it and it would be gone for a month. I certainly think any young girl and teenage girl would enjoy the devotions in this book.

It covers great topics from praying to fruits of the spirit. The book is easy to read and fun for girls and young teens. Each devotion has an activity. Some are answering questions, reading the Bible, crafts or praying. The activities are great. I can see where they would really help to tie in the devotion to real life. The writing is simple and easy to understand. Some of the topics I would think to be very hard to understand but the author helps you to understand them in a simple way.

I would recommend this book to any girl or young teen. I can not wait to let my girls read it!
