A Royal Christmas to Remember is a fantastic book about five princesses named Joy, Grace, Faith, Charity and Hope. These princesses have everything they could possibly want and they are so excited for Christmas. They can not wait to decorate their castle top to bottom. They have so many decorations. They were really enjoying their Christmas Eve until someone came to the door. The King had to drop everything and go save the city. The princesses ended up getting into some trouble and the city went into distress. What a crazy Christmas Eve. Despite everything that happens to the princesses they end up learning a valuable lesson about sharing on Christmas day.

I enjoyed that this book talks about the importance of Jesus coming to us as a baby on Christmas Day. It reminds us that gifts are not the most important thing. Which is something I am working on this year with my own children.

I can not end without saying how colorful the illustrations by Omar Aranda are. They are really bright and cheery. This book is geared for ages 4-8 but I know my 10 year old daughter is going to love this book. I can not wait to give it to her.

I received this book free from booklookbloggers.com for my honest review. If you want to check out this book for yourself you can find it here on Amazon (aff) A Royal Christmas to Remember (The Princess Parables)
